AFRICA NATURAL RESOURCES (SL) LTD (ANR) was incorporated on 20 July 2020 and commenced formal business the same year. The company moved on to mining, sell, purchase and export gold to the international market in 2021 after obtaining its export license from the Nation Minerals Agency (NMA) of Sierra Leone. ANR has exported over 5000kg of Gold Dore to the international markets.
Since its inception, ANR has established a corporate governance framework to fully adhere to the Sierra Leone legislative requirements, regulations, processes, and procedures. ANR’s corporate governance practices also conform to internationally recognized global standards, protects shareholder and investor rights as well as allow for effective cooperation between all other interested parties. The company is audited by Africa Mineral International
The Board of Directors has sufficient knowledge, experience, and expertise behind them, which helps in maintaining the company’s internal control and Risk Management System.
